Cancellations Pre Delivery

You can cancel your order at anytime before we deliver your item. We’ll make sure to refund you within 14 days from letting us know. You’ll be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.

Returns After Delivery

You can return your bed, mattress or pillows within 14 days after delivery.

You will need to organise a courier at your own cost or contact us to arrange a collection. Our collection service is chargeable at 70€.

It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned in re-saleable condition. The goods must be suitably packaged for onward transportation. Deductions will be made for items not packaged satisfactorily or for any damaged returns up to the cost of the goods.

We’ll raise any refunds at the time of cancellation, and then process this when the goods to be returned have reached us or have been collected.

You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. 

Faulty products

All Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of delivery.

In the unlikely event that your new bed or mattress develops a fault or arrives damaged, we are here to help you get it sorted.

Please note that mattress movement and settlement is normal. All new mattresses are designed to settle or slightly in the areas where you sleep. The layers and fillings respond to your body and providing support where you need it.
